How to start

Choose Studio
Create an organization and choose the Studio plan. Pay by card. There is no setup call.

Invite your linguists
Invite your translators and reviewers by email. Studio has 20 seats, and you use one of them.

Add client projects
Make a project for each client. Upload videos, or import them from Cloudflare Stream.

Assign, review, deliver
Pick an editor and a reviewer for each language. When the reviewer approves, export SRT or VTT, or publish to Stream.
Common questions
Do freelance translators need their own plan?
No. Invite them to your organization by email. Each member uses one of your seats, and so does each pending invitation. Studio includes 20 seats.
Can our clients review subtitles?
Yes, as members of your organization. A client reviewer uses a seat like any other member. Members see only the videos where they hold a track, so a client sees only the work you assign to them. There are no public review links, so nobody outside your organization can open a video.
How do we keep each client's work apart?
Make one project for each client. Owners see every project. Translators and reviewers see only the videos where you assign them a track.
Do you charge per video minute?
No. Studio includes 5,000 AI minutes a month for transcription and translation. A transcription uses the video's full length, and a translation uses half. Minutes are not used by editing, review, or export.
Can we connect our own systems?
Yes. Studio includes a REST API and Cloudflare Stream integration. We also build custom integrations on request.
Which file formats can we deliver?
SRT and VTT. Export the approved version of each language when the review is done. For a broadcast format such as EBU-STL or SCC, use a separate converter on the approved file.
