Common questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Solo is free forever and needs no card. It has the full editor, QC, SRT and VTT import and export, and 20 AI minutes to try.

What do 500 AI minutes cover?

500 minutes cover 500 minutes of transcription, or 1,000 minutes of translation into one language, because a translation uses half the video's length. Minutes reset each month.

Can I work on a client's existing subtitles?

Yes. Import the client's SRT or VTT file and edit it against the video. Our free tools convert ASS, SBV, and TXT files to SRT first.

Can my client review the subtitles?

Solo and Solo Pro are for one person. To add a reviewer, choose Team. It has 8 seats, review comments on exact lines, and approvals.

Which formats can I deliver?

SRT and VTT. If a client asks for a broadcast format such as EBU-STL or SCC, convert the file in another tool.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The editor runs in the browser. Your videos and subtitles stay private to your account.
