How many files can I convert at once?
Up to 100 files. Each file can be up to 5 MB.
How do I batch convert SRT to VTT?
Select all your SRT files, choose To VTT, and click Convert files. Then download the ZIP file.
Why do I get one ZIP file and not many downloads?
Browsers often block many separate downloads after the first few. One ZIP file avoids that.
What if one file has an error?
The other files still convert. The tool lists the bad file with a short message, for example the number of the subtitle that has no timing line.
Can I convert a mix of SRT and VTT files?
Yes. Every file goes to the format that you choose. A file that already has that format is written again as a clean copy.
Do the files keep their names?
Yes. Each new file has the old name with the new extension. When two files have the same name, the second one gets (1) after its name.
Is my file uploaded?
